My father pointed me in the direction of a article that appeared in the LA Times. This article was about how a highlight video, got a small school football player a FULL RIDE to BYU.
It was not some expensive recruitment service, not this site, not even going to a high rated camp. It was posting a great highlight video on a FREE website and that video finding the right viewer.
This just goes to show, if you put the time and effort into creating at least one good highlight video and it is viewed by the right coach, it may open up opportunities. This is not saying that this happens to every athlete, not even close. But if you expect a college coach to seriously consider you, you must be serious about doing things that will improve your chances. SAP is a site that allows you to put your video on the web, along with many other features that were all recommended by athletes, parents, high school coaches and college coaches across the US.
