By using StudentAthleteProfiles.com, [hereinafter "SAP"] you signify your agreement to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use please do not use the Site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

SAP can offer athletes exposure via the internet to colleges and universities they are interested in attending. SAP will give athletes access to their profile 24hrs a day. They can update their statistics, update their video, update their profile and enter links to local news articles. SAP also offers college coaches across the United States detailed statistical information about each of the athletes. SAP is not a scouting or recruiting service. SAP is merely a forum for athletes to promote themselves to colleges and/or universities.

PROFILES

To create a profile, you must be 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. We recommend that users under the age of 18 ask their parents for permission before posting any information about themselves over the internet.

SAP is not responsible for any of the content posted on any profiles including but not limited to: videos, statistics, photos, and/or links. The user is solely responsible for posting and maintaining the user's profile(s).

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their user name and password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another user at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify SAP immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

All of the information you have provided to SAP must be completely accurate and truthful. SAP assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or truthfulness of any information posted by any user of SAP.

Your SAP profile may not include: any photographs containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter. Despite this prohibition, information provided by other users of studentathleteprofiles.com may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit material, products or services, and SAP assumes no responsibility or liability for this material. If you become aware of misuse of the SAP services by any person, please click contact SAP Immediately.

SAP will remove any inappropriate content in a timely manner once SAP becomes aware or is alerted to the problem. SAP has complete and sole discretion to determine what is deemed inappropriate content.

SAP reserves the right, in it sole discretion, to remove, reject, refuse to post or edit content from any profile or to restrict, suspend, or completely remove a profile or terminate a users access at any time for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, without liability and no refund will be issued.

SAP is not affiliated with any colleges, universities or any professional sporting organizations. SAP will not endorse or promote individual profiles. SAP will promote the website.

INDEMNIFICATION

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and for all activities that occur under your account. You hereby indemnify, defend and hold us and our affiliates and our officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the Indemnified Parties) harmless from and against any and all liabilities and costs (including reasonable attorneys fees) incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of this Agreement or claims arising from your account. You shall use your best efforts to cooperate with us in the defense of any claim.
